Just days after turning 50....I had a massive hot flash....I could feel it happening....started down low...and I could feel it slowing rush up my body...ending in my face. I have never had that much sweat on my face before...I was in such shock I quickly got my son and had him look at the sweat on my face.....amazingly it disappeared as quickly as it began.

Due to my health issues with breast cancer, I am not able to take any hormone replacement I guess I had better read up on what I can do to help with this.

I have also noticed that for the last 6 to 7 weeks, my cycle has been really off......and that I have been down alot more lately.

I feel as though I just can't seem to keep everything going .....Gone are the productive days....I am more tired now......scatter brained.....can't remember things.....really out of sorts some days....

Oh boy.....look out!

If any women out there have some great remedies for this I sure would love to hear it.

Check out information on using Fish Oil and if your Vegetarian I think you can use Flaxseed Oil.

I haven't had hot flashes but these oils I heard were used for that.

I have a link on my blog to Valerie Saxions site. She probably has something in her show notes on menopause.

Your OK now aren't you? You don't have the cancer anymore right?

Lifting You up in Prayer!!!

Hi Shelly, I have been experiencing menopause as well and I found a body cream in the US and it can be purchased in Canada. It is a little pricey but myself and some friends are finding it very beneficial!

It is called Renewed has many great benefits!

I can't find menopause in her show notes. It must of been in one of her other shows. She does't have all her newer show notes up.

Check with you doctor. Have you ever tried a Naturopath Doctor. They can help you find something natural to take.

GOD Bless Your Health and Grace and Peace Be Multiplied to You and Yours!!!

Lifting Up Prayers for Your Friend!!!

I hit the 50 last year, but have been going through it for a few years now. I do not like meds, so putting up with it. I have to admit, I am not as bad as I could be but when I feel when of those times coming on, I grab a cold cloth and dab my face and arms and it disappears. I think wearing tshirts in the winter helps;)
I find that outside exercise helps more than working out indoors.
