Exercise can help cancer patients battle depression and fatigue because it produces natural endorphins that make us feel good. And it can give people the confidence that their lives—and their bodies—can return to normal. I have to say I haven't done much exercise since my surgery May 3rd, 2011. The mental stress of going through something like this has really exhausted me. Not to mention menopause and the hot temperatures we have been having lately.
My plan for fall 2011......Get my body back! I will post what I am doing here as often as I can!
